We do not sell your products on this site. Partners open a deal, the customer pays into a held payment, and each side receives their share after confirmation — with identity and place checks first.

How Phase 1 works

This is a partnership settlement rail, not a marketplace catalogue. No product listings required.

  1. 1Both sides complete Connect profile + partner-ready gates
  2. 2Local receiver completes identity (NIN/BVN) and live place check
  3. 3Open a deal below (amount, city, % to local, short description)
  4. 4We send a payment link / account reference for that deal only
  5. 5After local confirms collection and no dispute, we release seller share + local %
Phase 1 is assisted: deals are reviewed by Vinye, first orders stay small, and payouts are released manually. Automation comes after the process is proven.

  • No large first deals — start small until Active/Trusted.
  • Receivers must pass identity + live place check before holding goods.
  • Funds for platform deals go through Vinye-held payment, not direct to one partner only.
  • Release after local confirmation; disputes freeze payout until reviewed.
  • Fraud or silent disappearance = permanent ban from Connect and deals.
